Although there is a hierarchy, titles are not what define the day to day workplace. Input is welcome from all, and all employees are treated with respect.

Pay is low for manual labor workforce, however, it is not an overly labor intensive environment. It can get hot and cold depending on the season, but employees are not “running around” or overly exerting themselves.

Office is a laid back environment, as in the dress code is liberal and demeanor not stuffy or up-tight. Like any job though there are deadlines and it can get hectic and stressful just like anywhere else. Nothing is perfect, but overall I would say this organization is a great place to work.
